Villa Segovia is a family home. Built in 2008, it was the home of a large family, and when the younger ones started to go off to school, it was left with free rooms. Today our house is alive again with our guests who visit our beautiful Cozumel Island, whether it is for vacations, work, or to live temporarily.
In 2018 we extended our housing project to Villa Segovia at Landmark with an apartment fit for five guests outside the city in the hotel area with a sea view.
This March 2022 the vision of growth is consolidated with the new family Hotel inauguration : "Villas Segovia Suites Playa del Carmen" our first hotel outside of Cozumel and in the Mayan Riviera, one block away from the famous 5th. Avenida, with first class facilities, 1 master, 3 standard and 12 junior suites.

I can absolutely recommend Ricardo's place! My wife and I had an amazing time here. We were pleasantly surprised as the villa is even nicer than what we've expected, and we heard the same from multiple guests. Our room was beautiful, all amenities were high quality, the pool and the balcony are great for relaxation. Internet was usable for work and for Netflix. This is a fast 20/20 MBPs internet, if it has a problem it's most probably due to being on an island where internet problems are common. The breakfast is great: great portions, good selection and made on the spot to your request. The villa has a staff who are polite and attentive, whatever problem we had they were happy to help. The location is great too: the street it's on is quiet, safe and is from a 15 minutes of walking from the center. (but you can grab a taxi too) Ricardo is an amazing host and we can't wait to return.

Perfecto! Habitaciones grandiosas, camas comodisimas. Equipada con todo lo necesario. Dispenser de agua caliente/fria, pocos huespedes, personal atento, plaza de garaje, servicio de lavadora/secadora. Desayuno increible. El anfitrión es muy agradable y su casa es preciosa. Gracias por todo!
